Formula 1 will come back to Pau’s track. With the backing of the British HGPCA Association (Historic Grand Prix Cars Association), the legendary F1 PRE 61 will be doubly honoured since two distinct grids will be organised as was done on Pau’s track 4 years earlier.
The first grid with the single seaters built before 1961 will delight fans by gathering some pre-war prestigious cars (from 1925) and others as legendary too, from the 1950s.
Enthusiasts will have the opportunity to see again the legendary Maserati 250F, driven by Juan Manuel Fangio and Stirling Moss. We are even expecting some
Cooper Bristol MK2, Lotus 16, Copper T43, T45, T51 along with other famous British single seaters from this era which will race and their drivers are ready to compete on the track during the weekend’s two races.
